Professor Wumi Iledare, a distinguished professor of Petroleum Economics and Policy Research is the Vice President Training, Research and Development at the International Institute for Petroleum, Energy Law and Policy (IIPELP) in collaboration with Emerald Energy Institute UNIPORT (EEI UNIPORT).
He is also the Director of Emerald Energy Institute, University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
